To register any complaints regarding your EPF UAN, you can call the customer care executives of EPFO at their toll free number- 1800 118 005.
How can I know my PF toll free number?
Members registered on the UAN portal may get their details available with EPFO by giving a missed call to 011-22901406 from their registered Mobile number. If the UAN of the member is seeded with any one of the Bank A/C number, AADHAAR and PAN the member will get details of last contribution and PF Balance.

Employees can also check their claim status by giving a missed call from their registered mobile number on the toll-free number – 011-22901406. Once the call is automatically disconnected, individuals will receive information about their PF claim status on their registered mobile number through an SMS.
How can I complain to PF online?
Visit http://epfigms.gov.in/ and Click on the Register Grievance to register EPF complaints. The fields marked as * are mandatory to fill. Enter your UAN number. UAN is 12 digit number.
How can I complain to EPF office?
For an EPS pensioner, you will be required to provide the PPO number. Step 2: To file your complaint, click on 'Register Grievance'. Step 3: A new webpage will open on your computer screen. Select the capacity/status in which you are filing the complaint - PF member, EPS Pensioner, Employer or Others
Why my PF claim is still under process?
When EPF claim status shows payment under process, it means your claim is in process and it will show as claim settled once EPFO sends money to your bank account.
How many days will it take to clear PF amount?
When an employee applies for EPF claim online then it takes 5-30 days to get the PF amount into the bank account. But the time depends upon how fast the EPFO office clears the claim. Some EPFO offices clear the claim in around 5 days while some take more days.
Where do I complain to PF if not received?
Go to https://epfigms.gov.in/. Select the 'View Status' option. Submit by entering the Complaint Registration Number and Mobile Number / Email ID and Security Code. Now the status of the complaint will appear on the computer screen.
