hi friends hope you are well known about these words. today i will explain you the same.

Shares are basically issued by limited companies to the public as it is basically public investment in limited companies which company will taken when they need funds so they raise IPO and issue public shares and raise funds as per their requirements.

Basically in shares trading we should go thru history of company in which you want to invest money otherwise there is huge chances of loss as i have also lost 2 lacs rupees when i was unknown about it.

Shares is simply equity portion or preference portion of company which they give to public in place of funds raised.
