किसी पहले से उत्पन्न ई-वे बिल को जीएसटी पोर्टल पर रद्द करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित चरणों का पालन करें:

1. जीएसटी पोर्टल पर लॉगिन करें: [जीएसटी ई-वे बिल पोर्टल](https://ewaybillgst.gov.in) पर जाएं और अपने क्रेडेंशियल्स का उपयोग करके लॉगिन करें।

2. 'ई-वे बिल' अनुभाग पर जाएं: लॉगिन करने के बाद, मेनू से "ई-वे बिल" विकल्प चुनें।

3. 'रद्द करें' पर क्लिक करें: ई-वे बिल अनुभाग में "रद्द करें" बटन पर क्लिक करें।

4. ई-वे बिल नंबर दर्ज करें: उस ई-वे बिल नंबर को दर्ज करें जिसे आप रद्द करना चाहते हैं।

5. रद्द करने का कारण चुनें: दिए गए ड्रॉपडाउन सूची से रद्द करने का कारण चुनें।

6. सबमिट करें: कारण प्रदान करने के बाद, "सबमिट" बटन पर क्लिक करें। ई-वे बिल रद्द हो जाएगा और एक पुष्टिकरण प्रदर्शित होगा।

महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स:

- ई-वे बिल केवल उत्पन्न होने के 24 घंटे के भीतर ही रद्द किया जा सकता है।

- यदि ई-वे बिल को पहले से ही अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित किया जा चुका है, तो उसे रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता है।

- एक बार रद्द होने के बाद, उसी ई-वे बिल नंबर का पुनः उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।

To cancel an e-way bill that has already been generated on the GST portal, follow these steps:

1. Login to GST Portal: Go to the [GST e-way bill portal](https://ewaybillgst.gov.in) and log in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to 'E-Way Bill' Section: After logging in, select the "E-Way Bill" option from the menu.

3. Click on 'Cancel': Under the e-way bill section, click on the "Cancel" button.

4. Enter E-Way Bill Number: Enter the e-way bill number that you want to cancel.

5. Reason for Cancellation: Select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown list provided.

6. Submit: After providing the reason, click on the "Submit" button. The e-way bill will be canceled, and a confirmation will be displayed.

Important Notes:

- An e-way bill can only be canceled within 24 hours of its generation.

- If the e-way bill has already been verified by the officer, it cannot be canceled.

- Once canceled, the same e-way bill number cannot be used again.
